Bunka

The Bunka bōchō (文化包丁), meaning “culture knife,” is a distinctive and versatile Japanese blade known for its aggressive tip, angular profile, and all-purpose utility. With a wide blade, slightly curved edge, and a pointed k-tip (kiritsuke-style tip), the Bunka excels in precision tasks like slicing, dicing, and intricate cuts, while still handling general prep work with ease.
